The Patesa brand of the Bulgarian-French company Alliance Agricol - ALAG has been present on the Bulgarian market for more than a quarter of a century.

With inspiration and a lot of enthusiasm we created the production of a specific but unique traditionally French product, which is still present in the menu of the great masters of culinary art around the world.

We raise our ducks in the wild on our own farms south of the town of Yambol.

Driven by the desire to combine the taste of good food and high quality, we have created our delicacies, inspired by tried and tested recipes from home French cuisine, in which duck liver and meat are highly respected.
