'Clemans' Distillery is a small boutique distillery focused on the production of grape and fruit distillates and rakias.
The production technology is traditional, using no sugar, yeast, enzymes or other additives.
The aim is a high quality end product.
A triple blend of Muscat Ottonel 50%, Gewürztraminer 25% and Red Pamid 25%.
Distilled from wine and aged in oak separately for 6 months.
The aroma is dominated by rose,lavender,grape zest and a fresh spiciness of geranuim and white pepper.
The spiciness develops very powerfully on the palate. The brandy is suitable for salads and spicy food.
