Description

To create a different Chardonnay wine, Chateau Copsa's winemakers selected grapes from a single Chardonnay block – our vineyard in Anevo village. They chose to ferment the grape must in American oak barrels with wild yeasts, to produce a distinctive wine characterized by a rich, multi-layered taste, with notes of ripe pineapple, apricot kernel, and delicate vanilla. This single selected barrel of Chardonnay can only be tasted at Chateau Copsa. We recommend trying it without food, as well as paired with fish and light meat dishes, cheeses, and desserts.
