At the heart of the icon drink "Aperol Spritz" is the refreshing APEROL. With almost a century of history, it made its debut in 1919 at the Padua International Fair. With a light alcohol concentration (only 11%) and an incomparably complex taste, its recipe - a closely guarded secret - remains unchanged to this day. A blend of different roots and herbs combined in a perfectly balanced combination. Light orange in colour, it has a unique bittersweet taste, with distinctive fresh orange notes.
