PROCESSING PROCESS
The wine distillate produced by Juni Blanc and Dimyat matures in transport barrels of Strandzha oak with a volume of 450 to 600 liters, where for 5 years it develops different aromas and flavors, after which it is transferred to camp barrels with a volume of 10 tons also of Strandzha oak. , where the blend camps for over six months and acquires balance and harmony.
