Description

Quince Rakia Premium Reserve, Isperih is an aged Bulgarian fruit rakia, produced from Assenitsa and Pazardska Yabulkovidna quince varieties from the village of Tsalapitsa. The distillate ages for 3 to 5 years in 225-liter French oak barrels.

The rakia reveals intense quince aromas, complemented by cognac and vanilla nuances. The taste is rich and smooth, with notes of sweet baked quince, marzipan, caramel, and pleasant oak accents.
