The fine bubbles of Dom Pérignon, which are the result of prolonged aging, complement the feeling of silky softness. The mineral character of the wine forms its unique and distinctive aroma, tempered with toasted nuances.

This is characteristic of every vintage. Tasting notes of Dom Pérignon, vintage 2012:

Aroma – complex and bright with notes of white flowers, citrus, and nectarine. The freshness of anise and mint is added. Subtle spicy, toasted notes are detected at the finish.

Taste – the taste unfolds gradually, perfectly harmonizing with the aroma. Precise, minimalist, clean, it also reveals distinct fruity notes and exceptionally well-integrated acidity with a long, promising finish.
