Additional notes
A dry red wine with an ABV one idea above average, with a generous dose of tannins and a full body , which is the result of contact with the skins for about 30 days and aging on the lees. The freshness cuts through the dryness to bind all the components and create balance. We have relied on spontaneous fermentation.
