Downtown Urban Winery is located in the heart of Sliven, in one of the city's old neighborhoods. Preserving the spirit of craftsmanship, all operations in the winery are carried out with minimal technological intervention.

Hand-picked grapes in September. Aged 18 months, single barrel, French oak. Limited edition of 280 bottles.
