Description

TR Tállya Radicals are a group of friends passionate about Tokaj who decided to establish a winery together in the village of Tállya in 2012. Aiming to highlight the beautiful dry and sweet wines from Furmint and Hárslevelű, they have worked organically from the start.

This classic dry Tokaj wine is produced every year from the Palota vineyard in Tállya. It is mineral in character with crisp acidity. Fresh, youthful, with aromas of orange, apple, and quince. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and aging in stainless steel on the lees (70%) and in used 300-litre Hungarian oak barrels (30%) for 8 months. 80% Furmint, 20% Hárslevelű.

Additional Information

Tokaj winery's first single vineyard selection - Palota, made from the Furmint grape variety. After careful pressing of the grapes, spontaneous fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages for 9 months in 500-liter medium-toasted Kadar oak barrels with a residual sugar of 6 g/l. Only 600 bottles were produced from this vintage.
