100% Pinot Blanc. The grapes come entirely from the Salzberg vineyards.

Golden yellow. Aroma of peach and pineapple with notes of herbs. On the palate, peach flavors combine with fine spiciness and salinity, leading to a long finish. We recommend decanting the wine to allow for the necessary aeration for the aromas to develop.
