Additional notes

Classification:
The overlays of small river stones from the ancient Danube give Steinberg its name - vineyards, where the stones can be found even at a depth of 30 cm. The place is ideal for growing Riesling, which has its roots in this poor soil for almost 30 years.

Vinification:
The warm soils and the modest yield give us ripe grapes, which are picked at the end of October. The bunches are carefully selected, picked by hand in small crates with a capacity of 20 kg. To emphasize the fruit, the wine ferments and matures in steel containers. Bottled: March 2020

Food pairing

River and lake fish, shrimp, mussels, fruit salads, cottage cheese and bora.

We recommend you to enjoy this delicate wine, combining magnificently with river and lake fish, shrimp, mussels, fruit salads, cottage cheese and bora.
