Description

Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes, harvested exclusively by hand in the second half of September. After a short fermentation-maceration, the must ferments at a controlled temperature for 15 days. The wine then ages in wooden barrels for 12 months and for another period in the bottle before being released to the market.

Ruby red with aromas of ripe wild berries, plums, and cherries. Fruity taste and good tannic structure.
