Description

Fully ripe grapes are crushed, allowed to macerate briefly, and then pressed. The juice is allowed to decant naturally. Half of the total volume ferments in stainless steel tanks, the other half in standard oak barrels.

The final blend is made after the wine has aged for 8 months on its fine lees. This is followed by light filtration and bottling.
