Description

The single vineyard Pössnitzberg is predestined as a great white wine terroir due to the interaction of soil and climatic factors. The site is south-facing, forming a basin with an average slope of 50%. The categorization of the vineyard is Grand Cru.

The wine is delicately mineral, salty in taste, shows a tight structure, and has high aging potential.

The yield is limited to a maximum of 45 hectoliters. As a rarity, this wine is allowed to be offered for sale no earlier than May 1st, after 30 months of aging.

Hand-picked grapes. 36 months in traditional, large wooden oak barrels. Aging potential of more than 15 years.
