Villa Melnik Rare Varieties Melnik Yubileen 1300

The variety was selected in Sandanski after crossing the Broadleaved Melnik Vine and the Georgian variety Saperavi. It is dedicated to the anniversary of the establishment of the Bulgarian state. It is distinguished by an impenetrable purple color and an intense nose of mulberry, plums, sandalwood, exotic flowers, and chocolate.

Villa Melnik Rare Varieties Ruen

The wine is made from carefully selected grapes, aged 18 months in Bulgarian oak barrels. It stands out with its red to brick color and an explosion of red fruits, stone fruit, smoky, and woody aromas.

Rare Varieties Family Tree 2019

This wine brings together the entire Melnik family – the ancient endemic Broadleaved Melnik Vine and its crosses – Melnik 55, Melnik 1300, Ruen, Melnik 82, and Melnishki Rubin. An exceptionally mature and juicy wine with notes of red fruits like cherries and sour cherries, with a delicate aftertaste of cocoa and vanilla.
