This blend is a secret formula and gives the brandy a complex characteristic aroma of rose blossoms, black pepper, bay leaf, and cinnamon.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe next stage is the blending of the brandy with Muscat wine from Samos and Limnos, which takes place in huge barrels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine is pre-aged for at least two years, and in addition to changing its color, it is infused with the typical Muscat wine aroma of frankincense, nuts, spices, and flowers, acquiring a sweet, rich, and full taste.
