Description

Drouin are interested in quality, not quantity. For this reason, the plantation is organized in a traditional way, with only traditional varieties planted, from which tall trees grow. They yield a relatively small harvest, but of very high quality. The fruits are pressed only once, to extract only the best. After distillation, the distillate ages in barrels of different sizes and ages, including those from sherry and port. They are chosen to allow the Calvados to develop under optimal conditions. In this way, Christian Drouin has managed to win countless medals and honorary awards, including the award for the best Calvados producer.
