Description

Champagne Deutz, located in Aÿ, one of Champagne's most historic and renowned Pinot Noir terroirs, predominantly on south-facing hillsides. The house was founded in 1838 by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann.

Created in memory of one of Deutz Champagne's founders, Cuvée William Deutz leads the three prestigious wines from the Deutz Champagne house collection. Its roots are in the most productive regions of Aÿ, Verzenay, Bouzy, and Ambonnay; Avize; Pierry.

Varietals: Pinot Noir 65%, Chardonnay 30%, and Pinot Meunier 5%

Aged for a minimum of 10 years, 25 meters underground in the historic town of Aÿ in Champagne.

Strong and attractive aromas of juicy fruits, white peaches, white hawthorn, brioche, hazelnuts, and delicate spicy notes.

Serving temperature: 6°-8°
