The Komluka area is a magnificent place, offering a phenomenal panoramic view of the Varna Bay. The area carries on the tradition of cultivating the Dimyat grape variety. This is a place with deep roots and immense respect for the land and its natural resources. The project's location was not chosen by chance. The rich natural and historical heritage of the region predetermines its tourism potential and requires an upgrade to provide a unique experience with an emphasis on local winemaking traditions.
