Description

Shaped by the soil, hand-picked, gently pressed, naturally ripened, and carefully aged. This is the winery's concept.

Pinot Noir from Rheinhessen aged in oak barrels for 40 months.

Herbal notes of rosemary and cloves in the aroma. On the palate, it is refined with flavours of Amarena cherry and elegantly integrated tannins. The finish reveals a pleasant mineral touch, alongside a noticeable acidity.
