Description

Glenfiddich Fire & Cane is the fourth whisky in the Glenfiddich Experimental Series. Fire & Cane is an exceptional fusion of aromas, resulting from placing peated Glenfiddich whisky into sweet rum casks.

As the "cherry on top" in this series, the fiery experiment is precisely that, showcasing a bold process of merging smoky and deep, rich flavors with sweet details. After combining peated whisky with malts aged in bourbon casks, and finally undergoing a process in rum casks, the end result is precisely these exquisite smoky-sweet notes.

Thanks to the innovative and unique production process, the flavor profile can vary – some will sense the smoky notes (Fire), while for others, the sweetness (Cane) will prevail. This adds intriguing nuances and an unusual character to the fourth whisky in the experimental series.

FIRE OR CANE? WHAT TO EXPECT?

Fire:

Aroma: Light peaty notes reminiscent of wind-blown smoke.

Taste: Pronounced smoky taste, like a campfire lit with Highland peat, layered with oak notes and caramel.

Finish: Lingering smokiness.

Cane:

Aroma: A richness of sweet aromas combined with notes of fresh fruit and spices.

Taste: With a character of green fruits and a deep sweetness of baked apple, layered with lightly smoky and woody notes.

Finish: Sweet and long-lasting.

Experiment with Glenfiddich Fire & Cane, quantities in Bulgaria are limited.
