Characteristics:
Aroma: Nuances of ripe fruits – pear, apple, and mango, enhanced by notes of American oak. Additional sweetness of brown sugar is felt, aromas of various spices – vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
Taste: Velvety texture on the palate, with a background of soft floral notes that allow oak nuances to add aspects of soft tannins and spices.
Finish: Fading notes of fruit and spices, but a rich oak aftertaste. Nuances of pleasantly roasted coffee and nuts remain.
