Aroma: Charismatic aroma of rose petals and exotic fruits, dominated by mango and passion fruit.
Taste: The body is rich with pulsating sweetness, dense structure and taste of ripe fruit.
Aging: You can drink it now or let it age for a short period of time, as its relatively high sweetness and balanced structure can preserve its quality in the bottle for the next 2 3 years.
Recommended wine temperature for consumption: 9-11 C

Classification:
Reed Maxendorf is named after a lost village located northeast of Poysdorf on the road to Lesatz. The small streams that flow through the valley are welcome in dry years. The warm, south-facing soil guarantees the birth of well-ripened fruits.
Winemaking:
The Rother Traminer grapes are hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard. After a short period of maceration (12 hours), the berries are crushed and a process of spontaneous fermentation begins. After six months of settling, the wine is left to age in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
Harvested: October 2018. Bottled: August 2019. Quantity: 450 bottles.
