story: The Black Sea series got its name from the owner of the winery as a reference to the future home of the mansion near the Black Sea coast. Every detail on the label of this wine carries a message. There is a boat that is borrowed from Mr. Genowski's own boat, and the flight of seagulls in the sky forms the constellation Scorpio, as is his zodiac sign. The sky is on a white background, with a black sea, symbolizing the day on the label of the white blend of this series.
Additional notes: The grapes are selected and picked early in the morning by hand, in small boxes of 10-12 kilograms. 80 % of this coupling is obtained by the Saignée method.
