Fever Tree
It all started in 2003 with a simple idea: if three-quarters of your Gin & Tonic is a tonic, wouldn't you want it to be the best?
Fever Tree co-founders Charles and Tim, who work in various beverage businesses, have noticed that premium spirits are growing rapidly, fueled by growing consumer awareness of the origins of what they eat and drink.
However, this growing interest in premium food and beverages seems to be ignoring mixers and soft drinks, which are also a key element of the beverage industry. It seemed strange to both of them that people pay a lot of money for high-quality alcoholic beverages, but still have no choice but to combine it with a low-quality mixer.
From the beginning, Charles and Tim approached their business differently: there would be no compromise in Fever Tree. Taste and quality are of the utmost importance. This way of thinking took them on an 18-month adventure: from the archives of the British Library to the wrong end of the Kalashnikov in the Democratic Republic of Congo and ended with the launch of our Premium Indian Tonic Water in 2005.
Since putting the cap on their first bottle of Premium Indian Tonic Water, Charles and Tim have had no hesitation in the goal of their mission: to combine high quality and taste in one bottle of a premium premium mixer.
Innovation remains at the heart of the Fever Tree brand, and over the years the company has developed a wide range of tonics that perfectly complement the diverse gin flavor categories. We found three incredibly diverse varieties of ginger, which together create an extremely deep, fresh and true taste. They were used to make Ginger Ale and Ginger Beer.
The story of Fever Tree is about traveling to all corners of the earth in pursuit of the best quality, and the most exciting thing is that for these years of hard work we have barely managed to scratch the surface.
