Angels Estate Wine Estate is one of the shining diamonds of our native production

Angel`s Estate is located near the Zhrebchevo dam, on the slopes of Sredna Gora. Hence the name of our wine STALLION (STALLION) - a symbol of the nascent new life, full of energy and love.

The cellar is located on an area of 14,000 m2, of which 7,000 m2 dug underground. This allows the technological process to be performed by gravity. Angel`s Estate has a capacity for processing 650 tons of grapes.

On an area of 3000 m2 are located:

a total of 88 fermenters.
72 stainless steel fermenters - barrel type, thermally insulated of 7 and 8 tons
15 wooden French barrels of 7 tons each
one blended vessel of 30 t

Terroir

Our location is near the dam Zhrebchevo, Nova Zagora. The soil composition is heterogeneous. Sandy-stony, cinnamon-forest and clayey-calcareous.

Vineyards

Angels Estate owns 1,500 acres of new vineyards. The density of the vineyards is 500 vines per decare. The width of the rows is 2 m and 1 m between the vines. The varietal composition of the vines is in a ratio of 70% red varieties and 30% white varieties.

Technology

The wines are created by non-traditional technology combined with manual labor. We have two cellars for wine maturation in barrels of 225 liters with a capacity of 1400 barrels and 420 barrels at a controlled temperature on two levels.
