Stratsin

Every winemaker will tell you that it is more important how things develop in the vineyard than in the winery. Since wine is made from grapes, any effect on the fruit also affects the contents of the glass. That is why we follow the philosophy that "wine begins to be made in the vineyard".

Stracin Winery is located in the Pomorie region known for its old traditions in wine production. The winery has its own vineyards in an area characterized by favorable climatic conditions. As a result, the wines of the winery have excellent qualities. Dressed in elegant bottles and modern design, the series Early Birds, Picky Magpie and SOULMATEs began to win awards from national and world competitions, as well as the sympathy of wine lovers.

The team of the winery strives to preserve the traditional Bulgarian spirit, but also to combine it with modern trends from around the world, which will lead to the birth of new and interesting wines. The "star" varieties of the wine world are selected - Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah for red wines and roses. White wines are represented by Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat.

Vineyards

The winery owns over 300 decares of its own vineyards, and our varietal composition includes the most famous varieties or "stars" of the wine world. These are the whites: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat, and the reds: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.

Terroir

Terroir means soil or earth, but in the language of wine the term has taken on a different meaning, it defines taste according to location or literally "taste of place". Applied in the narrow sense, the terroir gives the wine an individual taste and aroma.

Climate

The proximity of the Black Sea contributes to the favorable climate of the region. Winters are mild, autumns are long and warm, springs are cool, and summers are warm and humid. Day and night breezes, as well as good weather conditions, favor the good ripening and accumulation of fine fruit aromas.

The vineyards were planted between 2006 and 2010, and the planting material was delivered from France. The varieties, rootstocks and branches of the vines are selected individually for each variety, and we have strived to be for high quality wines. The vineyards are located on the land of Pomorie and in the area of the winery.
