This exceptional wine is made with respect for the different terroirs from which the grapes for it come. In creating it, the aim was to preserve the fruit character of the Aligote variety, as well as highlighting its finesse and complexity. One part of the wine is aged in 228-litre barrels and the rest in 500-litre barrels.
