Another specific feature is the significant percentage of reserve wines (between 25 and 40%), forming the incredible character of this style. Used in almost equal proportions in a blend, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier blend together in an exceptional balance.
The result is a feast for the palate: A wine with a silky texture, a well-formed finish and intense flavours and aromas of ripe pear, stone fruit - peach, marzipan, lemon meringue, white flowers, toasted bread and spices.
Grape Varieties: 38% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 32% Pinot Meunier.
