Aroma and taste: "Steinfeder"stands for the lightest category in Wachau’s white wines. Fragrant nose with aromas of apple, stone fruit and a touch of pepper. Slender with racy acidity and mineral finesse.
Ageing: As a general rule, the alcoholic strength of these Wachau wines shall not exceed 11,5% and the fermentation and short ageing shall take place in neutral vessels in order to preserve the varietal characteristics of the grapes. It is recommended to be consumed in the first three years after bottling.
