Description

Tenuta di Trinoro's second wine, Le Cupole, was first produced in 1995. With respect to the vintage, the blend of the 4 grape varieties - Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, changes every year. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in barriques aged 1 to 3 years and cement tanks.

Description

Colour: Deep ruby red colour.
Aroma: Intense and persistent aromas of ripe cherries, coffee, chocolate and black pepper.
Taste: The wine is distinguished by its good structure, its wonderful balance and its excellent ageing potential.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C with 1 hour decanting.
