How to make: Honey Beam Cocktail
Honey Beam is a tempting combination of real honey liqueur and the classic Jim Beam Bourbon. Combined together, they create a drink with an unobtrusive sweetness that is extremely smooth to be consumed neat, but assertive enough to add to a cocktail. For a truly refreshing mix, try it with ginger beer or apple juice and sparkling water over ice.

Recipe:
- 50 ml Jim Beam
- 15 ml Honey Syrup
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 150 ml Sparkling Water
- Lemon peel
Method: Build
Fill a glass to the top with ice. Pour in the water and add the lemon juice and honey syrup. Pour in the bourbon and garnish with lemon.
