Chateau Copsa's oenologists personally select the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for Angelica Rosé, a delicate wine that is part of the winery's limited series. The production process follows the traditional 'saignee' method of southern France. The grapes are crushed gently and the short contact of the grape juice with the skins contributes to the delicate salmon-pink colour of the wine.
