TASTING CHARACTERISTICS

The 12-year-old brandy from the Burgas 63 series combines a bouquet of fig and acacia aromas with hints of vanilla, acquired from the aging of the wine distillate for twelve years in oak barrels.
PROCESSING PROCESS
The Muscat Otonel wine distillate is aged in transport barrels, where it develops its potential for 12 years, after which it is transferred to 10-ton camp barrels, where the blend is stored for at least six months to gain balance and harmony.
