Description
Grape Variety: 40% Roussanne, 30% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Viognier.
Colour: Elegant and sparkling golden-yellow.
Aroma: Intense fruity and floral nuances, hints of acacia, peach and apricot.
Taste: A complex wine combining a rich palette of flavours - stone fruit, vanilla, acacia, honey, cream and oak. The finish is long and memorable.
Ageing: 10 months on the fine lees.
Recommended serving temperature: 8-10°C

Located in the north of Aix-en-Provence, Chateau Vignelaure was established in the 1960s. The microclimate is extremely conducive to creating wines of wonderful complexity and pleasing freshness. Hand-picked and carefully selected grapes from a small plot on the estate are used to produce this magnificent wine. Fermentation of 30% of the wine takes place in 400 litre oak barrels.
