Sari Zeybek has been producing oak barrel aged raki for years! Now the popular aniseed drink comes with an elegant new bottle design. Sari Zeybek is made from 100% grape distillate from the Aegean and aniseed region of Tefenni, no added sugar or gluten is used.
For the first time, the use of the Solera method is applied in the production of raki, and by aging for 4 months in oak, new and unique characteristics are achieved. It is double distilled in copper vats. When aged in oak casks, delicate aromas of vanilla and toasted bread develop.
