This organic wine is the most important for the winery and the grapes for it are grown in its most valuable vineyards Zireg, Grasnitzberg, Zernau, Hochkittenberg, Eckberg, Vilic, Sulztal and Otenberg. A total of 55 plots planted with Sauvignon Blanc, growing mainly on mineral limestone soils, which give it a delicate calcareous taste.
