Description

Grape Variety: Blend of Pinot Noir & Chardonnay.
Colour: Delicate light yellow colour with green hues and subtle bubbles.
Aroma: Dominant fruit nuances of fresh lemons and green apples combined with lovely notes of freshly baked bread.
Taste: The wine is well balanced with harmonious acidity. The profile shows fresh fruit accents and the finish is long and slightly spicy.
Ageing: 30% of the wine is aged in oak barrels, with a weekly batonnage. The Vintage Brut is aged for a minimum of 4 years in the cellar and 6 months after disgorging.
