Description

Variety: Pinot Noir
Colour: Wonderful pink colour.
Aroma: On the nose there is an enticing combination of pink blossom, raspberry, cherry, white peach and layers of cream.
Taste: On the palate it's dry, mineral and juicy, giving the main stage flavours of fresh cherry, dried apricot, pink grapefruit and pomegranate.
The finish is medium long and juicy with plenty of charm.
Ageing: On the lees in the barrels for 5 months, gaining more character and structure.
Serving temperature: 8-10 °С
