Patience is an important ingredient in the production of these magnificent liqueurs - it takes 2 whole summers to create the drinks. In the first summer, the picking of the plums begins and the preparation of the plum distillate, which is an important part of the craft liqueurs.
Time is the secret that makes the flavours of 2 Leta so tempting. Without adding any additional flavours or colourings, the team's craftsmen patiently wait for the distillates until the following summer and then the fresh raspberries are picked for the liqueur. The traditional maceration method is then applied, where the fresh cherries are macerated for several months in the already matured distillate. Mixing the fruit with sugar and immersing it in the plum distillate ensures that the aromas and flavours of the fruit are preserved and extracted naturally.

60 ml 2 Leta "Cherry" liqueur
100 ml tonic Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom
25 ml lime juice
