Description

Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon & Corvina & Rondinella & Croatina & Oseleta & Montepulciano
Color: Ruby red with purple hues.
Aroma: Nuances of ripe red fruits, black pepper and chocolate on the nose.
Taste: Full bodied, round and supple, with bold tannins and confit notes. Long-lasting finish. Wine with character and potential for ageing.
Ageing: The grapes are picked later to raisin, then left on wooden racks with natural weathering to obtain maximum fruity sweetness. It is processed and put to lie for 2 years in 500 liter oak barriques, then in a bottle and only then it is ready for consumption. Wine with a unique taste and aroma. It is recommended to decant.
