Grape Variety: Blend of Merlot, Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon.
Colour: Elegant and intense dark red colour.
Aroma: Tempting hints of cherry jam, beautifully complemented by notes of dark chocolate, cinnamon and tobacco.
Taste: The wine is rounded and dense on the palate, with pronounced cherry fruit notes and a rich body, while the finish is lingering and refined.
Ageing: 3 months in 225 litre French oak barrels.
Recommended serving temperature: 16-18°C

The grapes for this magnificent red blend of Zaara Estate are tempered in a cold chamber for about 16 hours before being processed. It is then sorted and crushed. Aging lasts several days, and alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled inox tanks. When the process is complete, the young wines are blended and aged for a final 3 months in oak barrels.

The wine is part of the winery's limited edition of 2,600 bottles.
