Sari Zeybek has been producing oak barrel aged raki for years! Now the popular aniseed drink comes with an elegant new bottle design. Sari Zeybek is made from 100% grape distillate and aniseed from the Tefenni region, no added sugar or gluten is used.
For the first time, the use of the Solera method is also applied in the production of raki, and new and unique characteristics are achieved by aging in oak. It is double distilled in copper pot stills, and during each distillation the heart of the distillate is separated to produce a clean and refined taste. Aging in oak barrels develops seducing aromas of toasted bread and vanilla. The aniseed drink pairs well with grilled fish and seafood.
