Aroma: Fresh green apple, pear and citrus notes combined with hints of vanilla and subtle sponge cake.
Taste: Intense citrus fruit character, hints of vanilla meringue, chocolate and biscuit, as well as notes of peat.
Finish: Medium-long, highlighted by spicy ginger and peat.
