Midalidare Blanc de Blancs is produced from Chardonnay from the vineyards of the winery Prisovete and Dabovets, located in the village of Mogilovo. It is made using a traditional method with fermentation in the bottle and ageing on the lees for at least 18 months. Each stage of production is carried out with extreme attention to detail. The wine was introduced to the market in 2019. It can be consumed immediately or aged for over 10 years.
