Tokaj Winery's first special selection from a single vineyard, Palota, which is made from the Furmint variety. After careful pressing of the grapes, spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The wine is aged for a period of 9 months in 500 litre medium-smoked oak Kadar barrels with a residual sugar of 6 g/l. Only 600 bottles were produced from this vintage.
