Variety: Welsh Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc
Color: Light yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma and taste: Fresh and mineral on the palate, with aromas of ripe pears, peaches and exotic fruits. Well integrated acidity.
Ageing: The wine is designed for early consumption, it is recommended to drink in the first few years after the harvest, when it demonstrates its full excellent taste and freshness, characteristic of this style of wine from South Styria.

Variety and terroir: Welsh Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc - cuvee of the typical Styrian varieties.
Soil: Most of the vineyards are located on hills of old sedimentary rocks formed millions of years ago by marine sediments. The soil diversity is complemented by limestone, clay, sand and shale. The characteristic marl soils are known in Styria as "Opok".
The wine is consumed young, in the first 2-3 years after bottling.

"Sabatini" means very fresh and fruity wine. Cuvée made from typical Styrian grape varieties. The grapes for this wine grow in many small vineyards in southern Styria.
