Description

The Irishman Single Malt 0.7 is produced from premium Irish barley, which passes through triple distillation in copper pot stills using classic technology. The ageing is happening in American oak casks, previously used for Kentucky bourbon. The whisky then creates its unique taste profile in Olorosso Sherry casks from European oak.
Each batch is limited to maximum of 6000 bottles.

Color: Golden-brown;
Aroma: Dried apricots, ripe peaches and tropical fruits, orange blossom and vanilla;
Taste: Sweet vanilla, roasted almonds and honey, complemented by cookies and green apples. In the finish the nutty notes give way to the peppery oak.
