The Irishman The Harvest is a unique blend containing 70% Single Malt and 30% Pot Still, and was created by the brand's founder Bernard Walsh. It is the only Irish whiskey with 100% honey and 0% grain distillates, which shapes its distinctive flavour profile. The whiskey is triple distilled and aged in American oak casks.
Aroma: Subtle aromas of peach and cinnamon, highlighted by a dash of black pepper.
Taste: Smooth on the palate, with nuances of dark chocolate, oak and a hint of vanilla.
Finish: Lingering, with accents of oak and caramel.
